Great breakfast vibes!
The breakfast was def a highlight. Fresh and hot with friendly kitchen staff who kept everything stocked. But I was a bit bummed that the hot tub was out of service during my stay. Also, the digital key didn’t work at all, which was a drag and made check-in awkward.

A cozy stay by the pool
The kitchen staff was genuinely warm and friendly, serving breakfast with a variety of options that included delicious waffles. The room was clean and spacious, offering plenty of comfort for our stay.
The hot tub by the pool was unfortunately out of service during our visit, which was a letdown. Additionally, some carpet in the hallway showed signs of peeling, detracting from the overall aesthetic.

Family with children will enjoy it
The breakfast was good, served warm by friendly kitchen staff, who really made us feel welcome.
It wasn’t cheap, but for a family gathering, it was still acceptable.

Pool area clean and perfect for families. Room had noticeable carpet peeling, which took away from an otherwise nice suite. Breakfast included good options like waffles and smoothies.

The hot tub by the pool was out of order and reportedly often is, which was disappointing as that was a key factor for choosing this hotel. Additionally, the peeling carpet tiles in the room hinted at some neglect, and the occasional rust-colored water from the tap gave an unsettling impression during baths.

The king studio suite was spacious and well-maintained, making it a great choice for comfort. The breakfast included homemade sausages and was served warm throughout the morning by genuinely friendly staff. However, the air conditioning struggled a bit to keep the room cool, and I found some carpet peeling in areas that detracted from the overall feel. It was also disappointing that the pool area was closed during the visit, which limited relaxation options.

Check-in was smooth, thanks to Maggie at the front desk. She was super helpful with our room block for the wedding. The room itself was nice, though we noticed some cleaning issues, especially in the bathroom corners. Beds were comfy, providing a good night's sleep. The breakfast had decent options but could be improved for variety. The pool area needed attention. it looked unclean and wasn’t quite ready for guests. The hot tub was also a letdown with strong chlorine that made it uncomfortable to enjoy. Despite these hiccups, the staff was genuinely kind and eager to help, making the stay slightly better. Management should focus on training to ensure all staff are attentive and proactive about guest needs. Overall, I appreciated the staff's effort but feel the facilities need significant upgrades and maintenance to match the price.
